SERVICE GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY
Write On Point offers top quality, professional, timely service. To date, we have never received a refund request from a client. If a client does, however, encounter an issue with the quality of our work, we attempt to resolve it correcting the issue and in certain circumstances, issuing a refund.
Due to the inherent, duplicative nature of the services provided by Write On Point, they are typically not refundable. We will, however, make every attempt to rewrite, rectify and/or resolve any work that you consider unsatisfactory for a period of 14 days after you have received the work.
The client is entitled to a refund under the following circumstances:
Order cancellation
Your order is typically assigned to an expert within one hour after you place your order. Therefore, a full refund cannot be issued without a cost to us. Accordingly, the client may cancel a project for an 80% refund at any time prior to our beginning work. If we have already begun work, we will charge an hourly rate of $60.00 for any service completed and refund the difference.
Miscellaneous
We endeavor to have all clients satisfied with our work. Accordingly, if we are unable to reasonably satisfy the client after the client has given us the opportunity to cure the problem, a refund will be issued. The refund is based on the amount of work that the client is dissatisfied with in relation to the total amount of work done.

To request a refund, the client:
1. Must have provided us with a reasonable opportunity to cure the problem
2. Must not unreasonably withhold approval of work
